Therapy appointments
Standard session
$210Individual psychological therapy.
Moora in person

Weekend / after hours

Moora outreach, funded services and specialised appointments may have different fees. Please confirm the applicable fee when booking.
Assessment & report fees
ADHD package: $500 at the assessment session, then $650 before the report and feedback. Other assessment payment stages are confirmed before testing. Assessment scope and report fees can vary; explore assessments or ask us for a quote.
Additional report writing: $200 per hour, where charged outside a package.
Rebates & funding
How payment can work
Medicare
Eligible therapy sessions may attract a Medicare rebate with an appropriate referral, commonly under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please provide your referral before the session. Medicare does not cover missed appointments or cancellation fees. Our assessment packages and separate reports are generally privately billed; please check eligibility for any separately provided clinical service with us.
NDIS
We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where psychology supports align with their plan and goals. Please provide funding details before your appointment. The same session cannot be claimed through both NDIS and Medicare.
Workers’ compensation & insurance
Appointments may be available under an accepted claim or approved funding arrangement. Please supply your claim, referral and approval details before booking.
Private health
Some extras policies include psychology. Check your cover, limits and claiming rules with your fund. A Medicare and private health rebate cannot both be claimed for the same service.
Concession places
A limited number of discounted sessions are available for eligible students, concession card holders, Centrelink recipients and people experiencing financial hardship. Availability and eligibility are confirmed by the practice.
